STRESS IS NOT OUR FRIEND
Our bodies don’t like stress!
For some people, at a first stage stress can be helpful on some tasks related to their jobs.
But, if this occurs for a long time it can become a major problem, at least for most people.
Our bodies can be heavily affected by it and this is one of the reasons why we should find strategies to deal with the every day challenges.
STRATEGIES TO FIGHT AGAINST STRESS
Different strategies can be used to fight this problem.
Some people decide to take a break to relax halfway through the working day, as a way to help them gaining new ideas and willingness to work.
Of course this approach can be helpful for some people, while for others it can be a distraction or a way to procrastinate too much.
But, for those who like this approach, going for a walk can be something imperative!
Or, at least, relaxing under the sun for a while.
HOW CAN YOU DO IT?
Depending on the surroundings of the workplace it can be simple. If it is located close to a park or to the beach, if it has a terrace or a garden.
Of course this isn’t always possible.

All of these features will help you to have a healthier life during working hours, or at least after it.

Practice exercise or stay under the sun for a while.
